We want you to love Maze Story - and we stand behind every book we make.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a printing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).

Not Happy With Your Book?
If your child doesn’t enjoy Maze Story, simply let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the book price.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No physical return is required. You may keep the book.

📧 How to request a refund
Email us at hello@mazestory.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue (and photos if it’s damaged)

We’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your book arrives damaged or has a printing error, please contact us within 7 days and we will offer a refund or free replacement. For “didn’t enjoy it” refunds, no return is required.

Return method
In most cases, no physical return is required. If we specifically ask for a book to be returned, we will provide return instructions by email. We do not accept in-store returns or drop-off returns.
