Maze Story books are printed to order using a print-on-demand partner.
The estimated printing and fulfillment time is 5–10 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

After printing is complete, the order is handed over to a third-party shipping carrier for delivery.

Package Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the date of order confirmation, please contact us at hello@mazestory.com so we can look into it.
We will review the issue and help resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged Package or Printing Issue
If your book arrives damaged or has a printing issue, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery at hello@mazestory.com.
Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and relevant photos.
